Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the powerjd website, creating a powerjd account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the powerjd platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the powerjd platform, including registered account holders and guest visitors.

Your continued use of the powerjd platform following any update or modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your powerjd account and cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and powerjd.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the powerjd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and Philippine gaming law. powerjd does not permit persons under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• Residency and Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the powerjd platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location before creating an account.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered powerjd account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from powerjd or any other gaming operator in the Philippines at the time of registration or continued use.
• Identity Verification: You must be able to provide valid government-issued identification when requested by powerjd for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification purposes.

Account Registration

To access the full range of powerjd gaming services, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You may also be asked to provide a government-issued identification document for identity verification purposes in accordance with PAGCOR KYC requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your powerjd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. powerjd will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. You agree to notify powerjd immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification

powerjd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete. This process is in place to protect players and to comply with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering obligations.

3.4 Accurate Information

Any attempt to register using false, misleading, or another person's identity is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law. powerjd reserves the right to void all wagers and forfeit all balances associated with any account found to have been registered fraudulently.

Deposits & Withdrawals

powerjd supports a range of Philippine payment methods designed to make funding your account and receiving your winnings as straightforward as possible. All financial transactions on the powerjd platform are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

powerjd currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Players are advised to check the powerjd cashier section for the most current list of available channels.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the powerjd cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your powerjd account balance upon confirmation from the payment gateway. powerjd is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processor.
• powerjd does not charge deposit fees from its end; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges that are outside powerjd's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your powerjd account.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. powerjd reserves the right to request supporting documentation including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the powerjd cashier at the time of the request.
• powerjd aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected and any pending verification requirements.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

powerjd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all powerjd promotions unless otherwise stated.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are available to players aged 21 years and above who hold a verified powerjd account in good standing.
• Bonus offers are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared between accounts.
• powerjd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus funds being voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

powerjd operates a strict anti-abuse policy. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaging in collusion or coordinated play to generate bonus winnings in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming, will have their bonuses voided, account suspended, and all associated balances forfeited. powerjd's determination in matters of bonus abuse is final.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the powerjd platform — whether on bingo, slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, racing, or any other game type — are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any game-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

6.1 Placement of Wagers

A wager is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the powerjd system and a bet reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all wager details before confirming. powerjd will not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after they have been confirmed, except where expressly permitted under specific game rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all game types on powerjd. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and are subject to change at powerjd's discretion. powerjd reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size available to any individual player account.

6.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, powerjd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. powerjd's decision in matters relating to void bets and error resolution is final. Winnings generated as a result of a clearly erroneous price or odds that were published due to a system error will not be honoured and the associated wagers will be voided.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting on powerjd covers PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other markets. All sports bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body. In-play betting is available on selected events and is subject to the same general terms applicable to pre-match wagers. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet confirmation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the powerjd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, chargeback fraud, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one powerjd account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the powerjd platform.
• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the powerjd platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 to do so.
• Money Laundering: Using the powerjd platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the powerjd platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a genuine powerjd deposit. Any player initiating an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended and the disputed amount, along with any associated winnings, will be forfeited.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the powerjd platform, its servers, or its underlying software systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on the powerjd platform — including but not limited to the powerjd brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of GoTech Entertainment or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the powerjd platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the powerjd platform without the prior written consent of GoTech Entertainment.

Any unauthorised use of powerjd's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by GoTech Entertainment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, powerjd and GoTech Entertainment shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the powerjd platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

powerjd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your powerjd account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

powerjd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may occasionally affect platform availability, and powerjd shall not be liable for losses incurred during such periods.

Responsible Gaming

powerjd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment and not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming provisions are mandatory and form a core part of these Terms.

10.1 Age Verification

powerjd strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine gaming regulations. All players must confirm their age upon registration and may be required to provide government-issued identification at any time to verify compliance with this requirement.

10.2 Player-Controlled Limits

powerjd provides deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders that players can set and manage directly within their account settings. These tools are available to all registered powerjd players and are designed to support healthy gaming habits.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Any powerjd player may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion can be applied for a defined period or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be suspended and the player will not be permitted to create a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

10.4 Support Resources

If you believe your gaming is becoming a problem, powerjd encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account and to seek professional support where needed. Gaming should be enjoyable. If it stops being that, it is time to take a break.

Account Suspension and Termination

powerjd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Determination by powerjd that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

In the event of account closure due to a player's breach of these Terms, powerjd reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting powerjd support at [email protected]. Verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally. Players are encouraged to contact powerjd support in the first instance to seek resolution. powerjd will endeavour to respond to formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

In cases involving regulatory matters or licensing questions, disputes may also be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming operations in the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

powerjd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, powerjd will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting an updated version of the Terms on the powerjd platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the powerjd platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of your account.
